There is no substitute for experience and only time can teach it. Ivan Zartz is a sole practitioner at his law firm with 40 years experience. A graduate of King Edward VII School, his qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rhodes University and a L.L.B Degree from Wits University. In addition to many years of practical experience, Ivan has been invited by numerous credit bureaus and companies specializing in credit management to lecture on credit and the law, and has also lectured to insolvency practitioners on various aspects of insolvency law.
